Join us for a free class on Wednesday, January 22 at 9:30 AM at the Darby Public Library {101 S. Marshall Street, Darby, MT} in partnership with Zero Point Tai Chi with Jude Trapani.
This class will be an introduction to Tai Chi and Qigong basic principles focused on stress relief, health and wellness. Jude will guide the group with simple movements and breathing rather than learning the martial arts side and complex forms. We will work on becoming more grounded and feeling the energy of the body which can be practiced at home and used everyday. Jude has been practicing Tai Chi since 1990 and teaching for 25 years. After many years of martial arts emphasis, he now focuses on Tai Chi health aspects. His passion is to help others understand the deeper internal arts of Tai Chi and Qigong and how to use them to feel more at ease with life. Professionally, he is a fishery biologist specializing in river restoration and integrates his knowledge of nature with Tai Chi.
