Note: If you are faculty/staff/student, please submit your campus space request via the Reunions template through EMS (http://scheduling.princeton.edu), available starting Jan. 3. If your event space is not listed in EMS, please use this form.
If your class/APGA or alumni organization plans to sponsor an event during Reunions, Thursday, May 23 to Sunday, May 26, 2024, please submit the following form by March 1, 2024 to request a campus space and indicate if you would like to list your event in the official Reunions 2024 Schedule of Open Events (printed program, website and app).

Groups sponsoring multiple events must submit a separate form for each event. Please note: Events starting after 12 pm on Sunday, May 26, will not be listed in the program or receive space reserved by the Alumni Engagement team.
