Fall Family Guide Conference Sign Up
Please choose a time from the available options below for your family to meet with your child's Guide on November 9th! We will be offering Break Session Care for those children from families that require child care throughout the day. Please check your email for a link to the Break Session Care enrollment form. We are also happy to offer separate child care in our nap room just during your family's conference, fee free, for any children in your care at the time of your conference. Please indicate if you will require child care during just your conference time below.

We look forward to seeing most of you on the 9th and sharing your child's progress at CMC with you by both written report and in conversation! However, if an adult family member of your child is NOT able to attend a conference on the 9th, you may reach out to your child's Guide (Ada@CommunityMontessoriColumbus.com or Debbie@CommunityMontessoriColumbus.com) and request another time that works well for all later in the week.

Will you require child care while you attend your conference on the 9th? If so, please share the names and ages of the children you will bring with you. If your child is enrolled or you plan to enroll your child in Break Session Care on the 9th, please do not include that child's care here.
