Coming soon! We have 2 opportunities for free, ongoing personal and professional learning and growth! Groups will begin Summer/early Fall 2023 and are expected to run for 6 months; filling out this form
does not guarantee placement in a group.
These groups will be led by early childhood leaders who are in facilitation training with Dr. Eva Marie Shivers of Indigo Cultural Center. Please note that they will also be in their own coaching and learning process, and we appreciate you joining us/them as we journey together.
Two options:
- Reflective Racial Affinity Groups -- for early childhood professionals who want to continue to integrate equity into their roles, as well as engage in their own healing journey along other similarly-identified peers. This includes early childhood mental health, home visiting, early education, early intervention, mental health consultation, research and policy, and other early childhood professionals. We will have groups for BIPOC identities as well as white professionals.
- Community of Practice for IECMHC Professionals -- this opportunity is specifically for people in the infant and early childhood mental health consultation (IECMHC) workforce who want to utilize their influence to lead with equity — regardless of role — within the IECMHC system. This includes, but is not limited to: state administrators, policy makers, supervisors, consultants, and other state/tribal/territorial IECMHC leaders.
