UUCG Faith Development Registration 2023-2024
Thank you for registering for Faith Development at UUCG.  Please register here to attend programs (either via Zoom or in person), receive resources in email, and/or receive news about upcoming programs and opportunities for connection.  This information will also be used to ensure that your contact information is up to date for the UUCG Directory.  

Please register each member of your household.  If you only want to receive email at one address for your entire household, please indicate which email address should be used for this when you get to the appropriate question.

Indicate YES, NO, or INTERNAL ONLY regarding permission to be photographed and/or video recorded while participating in UUCG activities. Photos may be published in UUCG newsletters, on our website, YouTube channel, or Facebook page. “Internal Only” includes permission to use on bulletin boards and other non-public use. We will never publish names. 

Please note: Our worship services are recorded and uploaded to YouTube on the UU Gwinnett YouTube channel, and you or your child's image may appear in those videos if you are participating in the Worship Service, attending in the Sanctuary, or viewing from home via Zoom with your camera on and your family is visible during the worship service. (The gathering time after the service is not recorded nor ever made public.)
