Hentai Matsuri Panel Application 
Panel applications are now closed. Applications submitted after April 27 will be placed on a waitlist. Thank you for your interest in participating in the inaugural Hentai Matsuri!

Hentai Matsuri will take place Friday June 14, 2024 through Sunday June 16, 2024 at the  Handlery Hotel, 950 Hotel Cir N, San Diego, CA 92108  . The event time is Friday NIGHT, and Saturday and Sunday all day (times pending)

Please note that this is an application, if accepted the team at Hentai Matsuri will reach out with more details.

Are you using any AV equipment beyond a microphone(s), and if so, what?

This can include projector, laptop, CD player, additional tables, etc.  We are supplying mics, a laptop, and a projector. Anything beyond that, you might have to supply. You can just write microphone if nothing is needed.

Include all participants (moderator, panelists, assistants, etc). If only one person, then write only one.

Please state the names of your panelists, this will ensure that they get a badge when we scan them in.

For the panel day you present on you will receive a comp the day that you presented. 

If you present 2 or more panels you will receive the full weekend comp.

We will follow up with a request for picture or design for social media and our programming guide. We recommend sending us your best media as it will be a direct representation of your panel.
