(1) Give Science and Math Resource Center (SMRC) $35 using its GIVE for donation on its website at

My child has my permission to participate in the math summer camp offered through the Science Math Resource Center at Montana State University and sponsored by the Mathematical Association of America. I permit the authorized personnel to record my child's activities while engaged in the contest.
