Session Descriptions:

Building Partners and Leaders- It’s Time to Take Responsibility and Lead the Way. Have you ever felt left out and wanted to build great relationships with someone?
In this session you will learn how:
- To break out of your shell and meet new people
- Understand the characteristics/habits needed to be a good a good leader and develop an awareness of others’ needs
- Discover your leadership personality, and how your skills will help Unify your school
- You will also learn how to take charge and lead activities throughout your school to get more students involved with Special Olympics and Unified Sports.

What's Awesome... Roundtable- In What’s Awesome we are going to be getting schools to share out ideas on what they are doing to promote Unified. We will have everyone come together and share out ideas from high schools around the state.
We will discuss big topics such as:
What are your Unified Clubs doing in school?
How are you fundraising to support your club and activities?
How are you promoting your club and building awareness for Unified?
and SO much more.
These answers are to help other members grow their own program.

Getting to Know You- Are you a new school just starting your journey of becoming a Unified Champion School? Still not sure where to start or what you need to do? Are you an experienced pair looking for fresh new ideas to bring back to school? This session will focus on preparing new schools and partnerships for becoming stronger Unified Champion Schools and will allow experienced pairs to gain new ideas from other groups through a mentorship approach.
