Peak MTB Devo - Application of Intent

Description:

This is ONLY an application expressing interest, NOT a registration NOR commitment. Below you'll find the preliminary details. Application will be open until March 1st. Invitations and selection criteria will be sent out thereafter.

Peak Devo is U19 Colorado Springs select team with a multi-part program focused on cross country, down country, and mountain bike skills for intermediate to advanced athletes aged ~14-18

Pro coach led weekly practices 1-2x/wk (with occasional adventure rides scheduled weather pending) with also a group coaching plan provided by Matheny Endurance, and included support at select local races & national level race support offered additionally.

New members will need to submit an interest form prior to being able to register and a TBD try-out will be scheduled prior to 1st practice. The process insures a consistent level of abilities, thus allowing coaches to better support the athletes. The goal is to develop a referral pipeline to larger regional and national level teams and their directors by developing "whole athletes" through skill, fitness, work ethic, attitude, etc.
