Waiver of Liability

1. I agree to abide by all the Rules and Regulations of the Miss Ozark Rodeo Association Pageant.

2. I meet all pageant eligibility requirements at the time of competition.

3. I am responsible for all items I bring to the pageant and will not hold the Miss Ozark Rodeo Association or the Ozark Rodeo Association liable for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged.

4. I am responsible for any injury that I may incur while in route or competing for the title of Miss/Teen/Jr Miss/Little Miss Ozark Rodeo Association and hereby hold the Miss Ozark Rodeo Association and the Ozark Rodeo Association harmless for any such injury.

5. I understand that my image may be captured via photography, videography, digital and/or other methods, while attending the Miss Ozark Rodeo Association Pageant and the events pertaining thereto. I hereby grant the Miss Ozark Rodeo Association Pageant and the Ozark Rodeo Association the right to use such images for purposes related to my participation in the Miss Ozark Rodeo Association Pageant.
