Commitment includes:

 Payment schedule is listed below. Extended payment plans for financial hardship are always available upon request from our PRBBA President and/or Treasurer.
ALL MEMBERS: Deposit + [4 x $125] (June 7th, July 7th, August 7th, September 7th) = $585 for the season.
 All unfulfilled responsibilities related to required payments or fundraising will be billed to each participant’s
account.

 ALL rising 9th graders, and anyone who hasn't marched with us before, commit to participating in the Rookie Camp May 15-17 (5p - 7). 
 Members of the PRHS Marching Band commit to FULL participation in band camp July 17-21 (8a - 8p) and July 24-28 (4p - 8p), ALL regular season marching activities and PRHS football games, Saturday rehearsals, competitions, and exhibitions. Competition and football game schedule will be published after band camp.
 Checks should be made payable to PRBBA and sent to the follow address: PO Box 819, Suwanee, GA 30024.
 Eligibility for drill assignments are based on initial deposit AND attendance at all practices and events.
 Wind and Percussion students must be enrolled in a Peachtree Ridge instrumental music class to be eligible to march (i.e. band, chorus, orchestra).
 All students will need to complete a free RankOne Physical Account prior to the 2023 Band Camp. Instructions to set this up for your student are on the homepage of our website at www.peachtreeridgebands.com.
