Zion's Extended School Programs exists to serve Zion School families.  To that end we provide additional care services from 1:15-3:15 on Early Dismissal Days when parents are unable to pickup by 1:15pm.

In order to provide quality care that meets our current standards and guidelines, we must know how many students will be in attendance on these days.  Please keep in mind our space is limited and we have school staff filling in while our extended care programs are seeking a new supervisor, please use this service only if needed.

Please use the form to register your children for Early Dismissal Care for Friday, March 11th.  Complete a separate form for each child in need of care.

EARLY DISMISSAL:
Students report to the gym at 1:30 (after pick up time frame) and are picked up using our main school doors before 3:15 pm.  There is no fee if student is registered  and picked up before 3:15 pm.  After 3:15pm regular fees apply.

Families who use it but are not registered by Wednesday, March 9th for Early Dismissal Care from 1:15-3:15 will be charged $5.00 per student.

Snack is not provide but you may send one for your child if you wish.
