All athletes, coaches, sport assistants and volunteers must complete the following registration form before EACH session of para ice hockey they will be attending. All athletes and coaches on the ice must be current SportAbility members. If you are participating as a one off or for the first time, completing a waiver is required vs. a membership.
NEW PARTICIPANTS: Please contact SportAbility prior to your first para hockey session for equipment set up. Equipment is not readily available at the program. Connecting with SportAbility first to organize a time to meet for equipment set up is required. info@sportabilitybc.ca
