Please note:
- Estoppels will NOT be post dated and will be delivered on or after the sale date (depending on when order is submitted and whether rush or non rush order is specified).
- All documents will be emailed to the contact specified below.
- Payment must be made prior to the release of documents.
- Our office is by appointment only, if sending a courier please ensure this is scheduled in advance.
- Orders may be paid by e-transfer or cheque. *We do not accept credit cards at this time.
We appreciate you may have a tight timeline to meet, and we will try our best to accommodate. Continuous inquiries and disrespectful behaviour will not expedite your order. The Condominium Act is clear regarding document delivery timelines.
