Thanks for your interest! We are very selective about our vendors and sponsors. Please review the following two options and call us at 601-668-3939 to make arrangements.
VENDOR: Only 4 spots are open and the deadline too register is 5 days before the event. Cost is $60 plus 30 of your promotional items and/or door prize.
NO CHILDREN.Includes:
space for your services or products at Therapeutic Connections
listing as a Self-Care Night vendor in our promotions and social media
inclusion of your promotional item in the gift bag (you get to keep a gift bag, too)
Self-care services from other providers (beginning at 3:00 p.m. and ending at 5:30 p.m.).
Vendors may begin setting up at 2 p.m. and must be set up no later than 5:30 p.m. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
All vendors are responsible for collecting their own sales tax at the event.Vendors are expected to help promote the event - especially through their own social media channels. Vendors will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their selling areas. All tables must be covered with a tablecloth (plastic or cloth).
SPONSOR: Cost is $25 plus 30 items of your promotional items to include in the bags or a door prize. Includes listing as a gift bag sponsor. Does not include any self-care services. After your application has been reviewed and payment has been received, you will receive an email notifying you of your acceptance for Self Care Night. The map indicating your space will be sent to you the Thursday prior to the event.
Photo Release
Vendors at Self Care Night may appear in pictures taken for publication by Therapeutic Connections, employees, members or the general public. By signing the application, vendors agree to have themselves or their products photographed and printed in publications or posted on affiliated websites and social media outlets.
