Pint of Science 2024 Expression of Interest

Pint of Science will return in York (and worldwide) 13-15 May 2024. Pint of Science is an annual festival of science communication, where researchers have an opportunity to present their work to the general public.

We are looking for volunteers for the 2024 festival that can help to provide the platform which Pint of Science needs to create this important dialogue between scientists and non-scientists. This will involve either helping to organise events, booking venues and recruiting speakers, or communicating your science as a speaker to the attendees.

Organisation volunteers will need to commit a few hours per week, and must be free to run events during the festival period, 13-15 May 2024.

Speaker volunteers must prepare slides, a title, short description and be available during the festival period.
