The Asian Pacific Islander Cultural Center (APICC) is looking for volunteers for our 25th annual United States of Asian America Festival (USAAF) to be held at indoor* and outdoor locations throughout San Francisco in April, May & June. This year's theme is "Generations of Power".

* For indoor events, volunteers must be fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 or show proof of a negative test within 24-48 hours before the event.

Opening Reception for "breath.io" on Sunday, June 5 @ Swim Gallery, 3-6pm

Screening of "Searching for Kapwa" on Thursday, June 9 @ SFLGBT Center, 5:30-8:30pm

Registration/Front Entrance Greeter (registering attendees, ensuring COVID safety protocols, and/or providing event info)

Bartending (check ID's, serve drinks, must be 21 or older)

Usher/Crowd Control (seating audience members, directing audience traffic, ensuring COVID safety protocols etc.)

Sanitation Assistant (sanitizing audience areas, dining areas, stage equipment, and/or performance areas between sets)

Event Breakdown/Load-out (cleaning up post-event, loading out equipment, breaking down stage/registration/audience areas, etc.)

Language Interpretation (Chinese, Filipino, Japanese, Korean, American Sign Language, etc.)**

Handing out/collecting flyers and surveys

Blogger (for World Premiere of "Sa Amin" only)

Server (serving food and drinks to guests; for Screening of "Searching for Kapwa")
