Please use this form to request an officer to attend your function.

State Officers can attend several different types of events ranging from Chapter events up to State events. They can attend Meetings, Events, Competitions, and Conferences.

If you are requesting an Arkansas State Officer to attend your event, please fill out this form to the best of your ability. The more detail in this form will result in a more effective assignment of the officers.

Please make sure that you agree to the disclosure statements at the end of this form to complete your request.

I understand that our State Officers are students, and may not be able to accept each request due to prior obligations. Should the requested officer decline the request, the requestor will be notified and given the option to request a different officer.

I understand that there may be situations in which there are no officers available for my event, meeting, or competition. Should this happen the request will be denied, and the requestor will be notified.

I understand that an officer request can be denied for various reasons, which may not be disclosed to the requestor. Once a request has been denied, the decision is final.
