How much are you expecting the board to cost?
Just to make this clear, this question is not to figure out how to charge as much as possible - pricing is not as simple as a product of unit count and complexity of design, because the 'unit count' is largely a factor of buyer expectation... I would prefer to make an estimate MOQ with an idea of what people are expecting (change manufactureres, etc).

One thing I've considered is using this design for another layout. On what other layout would you like to see this design (i.e. Slate TKL)?
Not replacing the FRL idea, but a separate board.
One concern about the design is the length x height ratio of the FRL TKL layout. It's quite a "long" design, and the convex side-profile may exaggerate that.
