The introduction committee of ‘De Chemische Binding’ is responsible for processing the personal data you provide in this form.
By filling out this form and checking the box above you state that you have read and agree with this statement.
We process the following personal data for the reasons stated:
Birth name, keeping a subscription list
Address, when in need of sending someone home (this also includes postal code, city & country)
Telephone numbers, contacting you regarding sudden changes in planning or other emergencies
E-mail, keeping you up to date with information regarding the Faculty Introduction Day and Introduction camp.
Date of birth, make sure we obey the law (i.e. underage drinking)
Diet, make sure people don’t eat food they are not supposed to (i.e. dietary preferences, allergies)
Only when joining the introduction camp we ask for the following personal data:
IBAN, collecting the costs for the camp
T-shirt size, ordering a personal shirt
After the camp the names will be kept for a year, this information is needed for a subsidy request. The financial data also needs to be kept for seven years to comply with the law. The rest of the data will be deleted in the two weeks following the introduction camp.
The financial data is shared with SnelStart. This program keeps all financial data of ‘De Chemische Binding’.
Changes regarding address and telephone numbers can be send to
introductioncommittee@chemische-binding.nl If you are prevented from joining the Faculty Introduction Day or the Introduction camp send an e-mail to
introductioncommittee@chemische-binding.nl then your information can be deleted before the storage period said above.
It is always possible to see the data we have on you. It is also possible to receive your personal data in Excel format.
The data will be stored on the google drive, to which the committee and the board of ‘De Chemische Binding’ will have access.
The personal data will only accessible by the Introduction Committee, the board of ‘De Chemische Binding’ and the names will also be shared with the group leaders of the introduction camp.
