Payment: To be considered registered, full payment is required within 14 days of your registration.
Delivery: If 14 firm bookings are not received within 21 days prior to the course date, the course may be cancelled or rescheduled. Conflct Solutions will notify all registrants if this unlikely situation occurs.

Conflict Solutions reserves the right to replace your registration reservation with another participant, if invoices are not paid by 21 working days prior to the date of commencement of the course you are registered for.

Cancellations: Registrant cancellations can made up to 14 working days before the scheduled date without incurring a cancellation fee. No refund is available after 14 days prior to workshop commencement. Cancellations need to be in writing and directed via email to peter@conflictsolutions.com.au. Conflict Solutions may consider applications for extenuating circumstances to waive the cancellation fee. Please note that extenuating circumstances typically extend to sickness, personal or family emergency. Conflict Solutions reserves the right to request supporting documentation for extenuating circumstances for participant non-attendance or cancellation.
