To be filled out after joining HCCH and before enrolling in classes. Once received and approved, you will be sent an invoice for the $100 per family registration fee. This must be paid before you can enroll in classes. Please fill out one form per student. Read the Parent/Student Handbook before filling this form out! My student and I understand that BU is a Homeschool co-op, not a private school. Parents will be required to oversee the work tutors assign during the week and keep all records. Students will take their classes seriously and turn in all assigned work on time.  *
