Chicon 8 Volunteer Form
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Chicon 8! We need volunteers, and volunteering is a fantastic way to meet people and make new friends.

This survey gives you a chance to tell us more about what you are interested in doing, what your talents might be, and when you might be able to help. If you have any problems with the survey please let us know at Volunteer@Chicon.org. If you're interested in being on panels, please sign up on the program page at https://chicon.org/home/whats-happening/program/.

Please note that all Chicon 8 staff and volunteers must purchase a membership to attend the convention and/or participate in the Hugo nominating/voting and site selection. Check the Registration page for information on membership types and rates, https://chicon.org/home/membership-rates/.

Please use your personal email address when filling the form. Your responses will be emailed to you, and we will be in touch with you within a few weeks of submission.

PRIVACY POLICY
This form is used to collect emails, names and other data about potential Chicon 8 volunteers. The data is used for coordinating Chicon 8 staff and volunteers. The data can be accessed only by select Chicon 8 staff for the purpose of managing and contacting the individual with regards to their volunteer status and/or position in the organization, and will not be released to third parties. The data is stored on Google servers. For EU citizens, the Google servers may be located outside of the EU. The data can only be accessed with a username and password. Convention Ambassador
