Dear Vendor: (FOOD TRUCKS, VENDOR TABLES) – Entertainers, please reach out to me personally at
tgilli@nyso.orgEnclosed please find a 2022 Corn Hole Fundraising Event Vendor/Food Truck application for participation. Our Fundraiser is a one-day event at Cantine Field in Saugerties, NY.
The date of the event is Sunday, May 22, 2022. It will be held from NOON until 5:00PM. You will be able to setup earlier day of.
We will only be charging $60 per food truck and vendor tables. If you need electrical, this will be an additional $40. We also ask that you provide a raffle as well – value of at least $20.
Donations for this event will benefit the Athletes of Special Olympics New York Hudson Valley Region.
Safety is important; your tent/canopy must be securely anchored to prevent it from becoming a dangerous, airborne projectile, due to the potential high winds.
Use of the trademark (Special Olympics New York) must be approved prior to using.
FOOD VENDORS ONLY: Please also note, that all teams (2 players per team) will be given two tickets for drinks and two tickets for food. Please keep track of these tickets and we will reimburse you after the event. THANK YOU!
