Privacy, sharing, copyrights
I will do reasonable efforts so that messages and data sent to the main account, 2020swatchswap@gmail.com will be seen only by this year's editor and will likely be deleted after that. I will delete all 2019 data after I'm done with 2020. I am keeping 2019 on hand now just to be able to refer to suggestions and ideas.

Data printed in the Yearbook itself is obviously quite public, will be shared as Creative Commons CC-by-sa 4.0 international  https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ so that paper-making knowledge will be available to as many as possible, freely and for free, now and later.  Rules and other details: https://sites.google.com/view/paperswatchswapp

I believe this covers the topic. If you want to share or discuss something in public, use the Papermaking group list Papermaking@groups.io
