- Identify and integrate UN SDGs relevant to procurement
- Address sustainability challenges in manufacturing and Supply Chain including Circular Economy
- Examine and apply current sustainability standards (GRI)

- Apply Sustainable Procurement principles to procurement processes referencing ISO20400 & ISO 26000
- Implement a Procurement Code of Conduct
- Analyse key considerations for implementing sustainable procurement
- Mitigate supply chain risks within the manufacturing sector
- Explore effective strategies for organizing sustainable procurement
- Use of standards in requirement planning
- Adopt GS1 standard to improve information sharing (use of EPCIS, RFID, GTIN )
- Explore initiatives for environmental conservation and protection in the supply chain
- Capture of Material Usage and material Wastage for the various stages of supply Chain
- Understand, measure, and manage carbon footprints within the supply chain
- Manage sustainability performance and reporting.
