Entering On Campus Learning 6th Grade Students and New Mulberry Middle School Students Only

Guidelines:
Only up to 2 parents/guardians will be permitted on campus with the incoming student
Temperature checks for all participants will occur before admittance on campus
Students and parents/guardians must come only at confirmed scheduled time to limit group size (no walk-ins)
- time slots will be first come first serve as you respond to the survey - when a session is full you will get the next preferred time slot
- time slots will be confirmed through student school email accounts
Please submit responses by 8/13/2020 so everyone can have their confirmed time by 8/14/2020
Orientation will be on Thursday, August 20th for any time slot requested.
