Neither Dirtylicious nor the host location is responsible for your personal property. Please keep track and be aware of your personal property at all times.
Participants are expected to follow a basic code of conduct, which includes respecting others and others’ property. You are expected to conduct yourself with dignity, professionalism, and to respect others and the host location of the Dirtylicious class. Any harassment of any kind, including but not limited to belittling, racial, age, gender or sexual harassment or discrimination, will not be tolerated.

All choreography and training content provided to you are copyrighted works of Dirtylicious. After full payment of the full class fee amount, Dirtylicious hereby grants to you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the choreography and training content for the duration of the dance class and solely for the purpose of personal use. Under no circumstances should the choreography and class content be reproduced or shared with anyone for commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, audio and video recordings, written materials, and live instruction.

Payment of the full training fee amount, as communicated via Dirtylicious, is required in order to secure your spot in the training. If you do not pay the full fee amount promptly, your spot may be offered to others wanting to take the class. Regardless, under no circumstances will a participant be allowed to attend any class(s) until full payment is paid in full or other arrangements have been made as approved by the Dirtylicious instructor.

1. Refund Deadline. Participants may withdraw from the training up until 48 hours before the start time of the class (the “Refund Deadline”) in exchange for a full refund of all fees paid by the participant before the date of withdrawal. Participant must notify the Dirtylicious instructor of their intent to withdraw in writing before the Refund Deadline. Any withdrawal notifications received after this deadline will not qualify for a refund.
2. No Refund After Deadline. If you decide to withdraw from the training after the Refund Deadline, or fail to notify the Dirtylicious instructor of your intent to withdraw before the Refund Deadline, no portion of your paid fees will be refunded. Involuntary dismissals from the program for any misconduct as determined at the sole discretion of the Dirtylicious instructor, are also not eligible for a refund.

I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS TRAINING. I hereby release Dirtylicious, any teachers or staff that teach for Dirtylicious, and the host location from any and all claims of damage or injury suffered by myself or other participants in connection with or by association with the training. I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently prepared or trained for participation in this activity, and have not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical professional. I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in this activity.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dirtylicious, any teachers or staff that teach for Dirtylicious, and the host location from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of my participation in this training, whether caused by my negligence or otherwise.

Dirtylicious reserves the right to change this agreement, or its terms, from time to time. Participant will be promptly notified of any changes to policy or the terms of this agreement. Last updated September 2019.
