Atlanta Crimson Tide Youth Sports Association - Field Rental Inquiry Form
Thank you for your interest in renting our field. Our rental pay scale is below and package selection will be dependant on the needs of your organization. Once this form is submitted, our Athletic Director will be in touch with an approval or denial notice.

Package 1 ($75 per hour) - Basic Field Usage

- this package includes the basic usage of the field. It does not include scoreboard, PA system, or field equipment (chain set, field markers, etc.).

Package 2 ($100 per hour) - Full Field Usage

- this package includes usage of the field scoreboard, PA system, and field equipment (chain set, field markers, etc.). (Atlanta Crimson Tide will not provide personnel to operate chain set, scoreboard, or PA system).

Payment options and/or "running the gate" can be discussed with our Athletic Director.

I understand that my coach staff/team is responsible for cleaning up all water bottles, tape, and any trash remaining after my game. Any remaining trash will incur a $50 fee. *
I understand that bullhorns and air horns are not allowed in the stadium. Any coach, parent, player, or guest will be asked to disuse of the item, and will be escorted from the premises if they are noncompliant.   *
I understand that cursing, demeaning players, coaches, or other guests, threats, arguing with officials, or any kind of verbal abuse is strongly prohibited. Any coach, parent, player, or guest who engages in any of the above will be first warned of this policy, and escorted from the premises if they are noncompliant.   *
I understand that fighting is strongly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension from the premises by local law enforcement. *
