Join the MUSE Slack Channel
For those who aren't familiar, "Slack" is a platform/app that allows you to connect and easily communicate with others from your phone, tablet, or computer.

The MUSE Slack hosts mentors and underrepresented peers who are looking to apply to college and graduate school programs. You can download the app on your phone or access the website on any computer or tablet. Our Slack enables you to introduce yourself to a diverse community of scholars, ask questions about navigating higher education and stay connected with peers who are also committed to STEM careers.

Once you join, please read through the "Community Guidelines" document that is pinned to the top of the Introductions channel.

**Please keep in mind that this Slack group is only for underrepresented and first-generation students in the United States and US territories.**

Overview of Guidelines for the MUSE Slack Channel
At MUSE, we are committed to creating diverse and inclusive spaces, recognizing the importance of social and racial justice and the disproportionate hardships that befall racially underrepresented individuals and their intersecting identities. We welcome those who are supportive of racial and social justice and will be mindful of their impact in this space.
