January Holiday Club Dates: Tuesday 4th January - Friday 28th January (weekends not included)

PLEASE NOTE: CLOSED MONDAY 3rd JANUARY and WEDNESDAY 26th JANUARY - public holidays.

With a focus on fun, participation and having a good time, Sprockets! Holiday Club is suitable for all primary school aged children, 5- 12 years olds. The Club offers full day and half day passes; perfect for working parents, rainy days or to blow the boredom away.

Activities include team and group games, multi sports such as soccer, basketball, cricket and Tball, table tennis, jumping castle, daily competitions with prizes, arts and crafts and much more, all delivered in a safe, inclusive and social environment.

Whether your kid is mad about sports or being creative, there is something for everyone at The Club and everyone is welcome.

TIME:
Full day sessions
The Whole Hog: 8.30am to 5pm.

Half day sessions
Early bird - 8.30am - 1pm
Afternoon Delight - 12noon - 5pm

Please note, you can drop off and pick up at any time during your allocated session.
The stadium doors will open at 8.30am sharp.

COST:
FULL DAY CLUB PASSES
5 day Club Pass: $155 per child  
3 day Club Pass $110 per child
Single day Club Pass: $40 per child

HALF DAY CLUB PASS
$25 per child

BOOKINGS: Once you have filled in this booking form you will receive a booking confirmation email within 24 hours - please check your others folder if not in your inbox.

PAYMENT: You can choose to pay either via EFTPOS or pay online. You are able to indicate your preference on this enrolment form.

REFUNDS: Refunds are possible if cancellations are made 24 hours prior to your booked in session.
Transfers are available if your child is unable to attend and notification is received by your session start time.

NUMBERS: Book early to avoid disappointment as some days will fill up well in advance.

COVID SAFE PROTOCOLS: Please do not attend if your child is sick; we will offer you a make up session if this occurs. Your child will need to be checked in to the stadium via QR code and must sanitise their hands on entry.

What to bring and what to wear checklist. The Game Over Café will be open for lunch orders, snacks and drinks. Lunch orders MUST be made in the morning when dropping off your child - there will be no hot food available to purchase at lunch break.
