1. To qualify as an Arts and Crafts vendor, the individuals or group must be selling creative original works. Otherwise you must use the commercial vendor application.
2. Applicants must bring their own table/chairs/tents/booths etc - the Festival does not supply these.
3. The Festival planning committee will assign your vending space on the Festival grounds. There will be no changing of assignments the day of the Festival.
4. Vending spaces must be set up by 11:30am on the day of the Festival.
5. Tear down of your space may not begin before 7:15pm on the day of the Festival (weather permitting).
6. NO VENDOR VEHICLES ARE PERMITTED ON FESTIVAL GROUNDS BETWEEN 11:00 AM AND 8:00 PM DURING THE FESTIVAL.
7. Vending Spaces MUST be left clean. Trash must be disposed of in Festival cans/dumpsters without overloading them. Our neighbors appreciate these efforts.
8. Incomplete or illegible applications may have to be resubmitted. The Festival planning committee reserves right to deny any application.
9. No alcoholic beverages are allowed within the Festival grounds which are not purchased from approved vendors. The revenue from alcohol sales provides for the majority of the Festival budget, as well as supports neighborhood organizations. Each beverage you purchase helps to support the arts in our neighborhood, and ensures that the Festival can continue each year. Failing to comply may result in expulsion from this and future festivals.
10. Registration fees are non-refundable. There is a $35.00 penalty for bounced checks.
