Our club earns points to qualify for recognition and awards from the National Federation of Republican Women for member engagement in Republican campaign and political activities. We are blessed to have a very active club and want to capture all of the amazing things each of you are involved with each month! 

Please complete the form below to help us track the hours you spend on qualifying activities.  We will report, on your behalf, to the National Federation on a monthly basis. FOR EACH CATEGORY ENTER THE NUMBER OF HOURS SPENT. For example: Campaign phone calls - enter the hours NOT the number of calls. Please keep a record of your activities, but it is not necessary to list on this form what the activities were... ONLY THE HOURS SPENT.
