18 വയസ്സിന് മുകളിലുള്ളവർക്ക് MISSION QUEST മത്സരത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാനുള്ള ഗൂഗിൾ ഫോമാണിത് / This Google Form is for the adults in this Arch/eparchy to participate in the MISSION QUEST.

നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ:
(1) 2023 ഒക്ടോബർ 28 ശനിയാഴ്ച്ച വൈകുന്നേരം 8 മണിക്ക് ഈ Google ഫോം 40 മിനിറ്റ് സമയത്തേക്ക് സജീവമാകും . .
(2) പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നവർ പേര്, ഇടവക, രൂപത, ഫോൺ നമ്പർ, ഇമെയിൽ ഐഡി എന്നിവ ചേർക്കേണ്ടതുണ്ട്. മുൻ രെജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ആവശ്യമില്ല
(3) ഓരോ ചോദ്യത്തിന്റെയും ശരിയായ ഉത്തരം നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്നവയിൽനിന്ന് തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുക. (60 ചോദ്യങ്ങൾ - 40 മിനിറ്റുകൾ)
(4) കൂടുതൽ മാർക്ക് വാങ്ങിക്കുന്നയാളാണ് വിജയി. ഒരേ മാർക്കുള്ള പലരുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവരിൽ ആദ്യം ഫോം സമർപ്പിച്ചയാൾ വിജയിയാവും.
(5) വിജയികളുടെ രൂപത, വിഭാഗം തുടങ്ങിയ കാര്യങ്ങൾ നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്ന ഫോൺ നമ്പറിൽ വിളിച്ച് അന്വേഷിക്കും.
(6) ദൈവ വചനം, കൂദാശകൾ, സഭയുടെ പ്രബോധങ്ങൾ തുടങ്ങിയവയെക്കുറിച്ച് ആഴത്തിൽ അവബോധം നൽകുന്ന ഈ പഠനപദ്ധതിയിൽ കൂടുതൽ ആളുകളെ പങ്കെടുപ്പിക്കാൻ പരിശ്രമിക്കുമല്ലോ

(8) മത്സരം സംബന്ധിച്ച് SyMM ഓഫീസിന്റെ തീരുമാനങ്ങൾ അന്തിമമായിരിക്കും.

Instructions:
(1) This Google Form will be active for 40 minutes at 8 pm on Saturday 28 October 2023.
(2) Participation requires Name, Parish, Eparchy, Phone number and Email id. No preregistration.
(3) Select the correct answer for each question from the given choices. (60 questions - 40 minutes)
(4) The winner is the one who gets the most marks. If there are multiple candidates with the same marks, the first one to submit the form will be the winner
(5) Winners will be verified of their eparchy and category in the given phone number
(6) Kindly motivate more people to participate in this learning activity , which provides a deep awareness of the Word of God, the sacraments, and the teachings of the Church.

(8) The decisions of the SyMM office regarding the competition will be final.


The Result:
Thank you for joining this learning activity about our faith and Church. The eparchial Catechism Director will receive the list of winners on 31 October for verification. As soon as the verification report is back from the eparchy, it will be on the website: www.syromalabarmission.com
The Global winners will be declared during the Syro Malabar Mission Week (January 06-12, 2023) when the Synod is in session at Mount St Thomas, Kakkanad. Prizes will be distributed by the Eparchial Director of Catechesis
Late submissions, if by any chance, will not be considered for the valuation though it may help your eparchy get participation awards.
