Rental Pricing
 
SMALL PAVILION & DOWNTOWN GAZEBO :
- 4 Hour Rental - $50
- 8 Hour Rental - $100

LARGE PAVILION:
- 4 Hour Rental - $75
- 8 Hour Rental - $125

- $50 Refundable Deposit required on all rentals - leave a check with the deposit amount with your application.

PLEASE NOTE: you MUST include your set-up and break-down time in your rental time.  We cannot remove patrons from the pavilions until a scheduled time frame.

Please be aware that a Special Events Permit is required in order to have alcoholic beverages at any event in the downtown area.  Please see Section 4-63 for requirements for a special event permit.  Alcoholic beverages are prohibited at The Veterans Memorial Park.

Inflatables (that do not contain water features) are allowed when renting the large pavilion at the Veterans Memorial Park, however, event insurance must be purchased with the City listed as additional insured (must provide a copy).

Decorations must only be hung by tape.  Staples or Tacks are prohibited.
