Thank you for your interest in applying for the Proyecto Science Summer Program at New Jersey City University! Since 1997, the award-winning Proyecto Science summer enrichment program at NJCU has unlocked students’ curiosity and strengthened their skills across science, technology, engineering and math.
Parents/Guardians Will Need the Following to Complete the Student's Portion of the Application:
- Access Code (provided at Open House)
- Name of their child's school district
- Name of their child's school
- Name and school email of child's current math and science teachers
- Emergency Contact Information (2)
Section 1-6 must be completed by a parent/guardian. The last section is the Student Section. This part should be completed by the student.
This application takes 10 minutes to complete. The application must be completed in 1 sitting as it will not save. All personal information will remain confidential.
After the application has been completed, users will receive a confirmation message that contains a link. The link will go to the school Guidance Counselor to send the copy of the Official Report Card.

Submitting an application shows an interest in the program but does not guarantee acceptance. Acceptance is subject to application requirements, space, and available funding.
