About our Mission:
Accessing resources on sexual and reproductive health care and rights has been difficult in India due to the prevailing stigma in society. For the young queer-trans* population of India, it has become an even bigger challenge as the resources are developed with a very cisgender-heterosexual perspective and thereby don't address the LGBTQIA+ population's needs and concerns.

“Queering the Sex-Ed” is a project by Safe Access that aims at addressing queer and trans* communities’ sexual and reproductive health issues and concerns of the young population through resources that have been tailor-made to meet the specific needs of the LGBTQIA+ community in India.
