The first initiative of OKIH is developing and operating wayside amenities along National and State Highways in every district of international standard, duly branded as RestStop. It is proposed that there will be 30 RestStop/s spread over every district of Kerala and to be developed in about 5 acres each. These units are expected to attract medium to heavy foot traffic, depending on location.

Proposals are now invited from potential stakeholders to know their vision and interest to be a part of this dream project. If interested, please intimate specific requirements of features and area of the required unit in sq.ft so that same can be incorporated in the design suitably. Our Architect, Meinhardt Group of Singapore and Client Representative KIIFB are jointly working to give an exceptional experience for the clients of RestStop.
