Working with Emotions with Lama Lena
Lama Lena will offer a Dzogchen approach on how to work with emotions.

Limited participation...
Restricted to people who have practiced Dzogchen a minimum of 2 years and can clearly see thru thoughts at least a lot of the time.  This is a retreat, with practice expected thru the teaching time.

The retreat will consist of at least three teachings of approx. 2 hours and will be scheduled once enough participants sign up.

As this is a retreat, it is recommended that you stay in retreat mode as much as possible throughout the teachings.  In general, retreat mode means practical silence (no social chit chat) and a commitment to do a minimum of 3-4 practice sessions a day. For October 14-15 and October 28, work is OK, but a lot of practice is strongly recommended.

General Info
IMPORTANT PRACTICAL INFO TO ASSURE YOU CAN ATTEND:
You will get a notice that your form has been received, and the teachings will be limited to 50 people.
Please check your spam folder for Zoom invitations and other correspondence.  Lama Lena's policy is to send out confirmation of attendance emails, and you must confirm or you may be dropped from the teaching.  These will go out 6-10 days before the teaching, when possible, and your Zoom invite should arrive a minimum of 48 hours before the teaching.  If you have not received the Zoom invitation from Nyondo within 48 hours of the teaching, please contact us immediately!

TEACHINGS & PRACTICE.
These are Zoom retreats, and as such it is expected that you will maintain practical silence from start to finish, and practice what is taught in a minimum of 3-4 sessions each day.  There is no set length for a session.  There are pre-requisites for some teachings, which are included to keep these teachings as safe as possible, and also to make sure you have trainings which are essential to incorporating the current teaching.  If you do not meet specific criteria, but believe a retreat is for you, please write directly to Lama Lena at lenaferal@gmail.com and explain why you want to be included.

COST:
Lama, like her teacher, Wangdor Rimpoche,  has taken a vow not to charge for teachings and to receive voluntary dana instead.
This is,her sole source of income by which she sustains herself and her family. Though this practice is habitual in Asia, where people are accustomed to giving generously for dharma teachings, here in the West students may need a little more guidance.

If you're wondering how much to give, please consider what you might pay for similar teachings and retreats organized by other spiritual or coaching programs. Consider also that during these retreats, Lama not only teaches but holds space, gives transmission, and responds to your emails - all of which takes significant time, effort, and energy. Lastly, consider the rarity of these teachings and how few teachers are able to give them today, in a contemporary language, from an authentic, unbroken lineage.

Of course, all of these factors should be taken in consideration with your own income and the proportion of it you can reasonably spend on receiving Lama Lena’s valuable support and teaching. Most importantly, dana should come from the heart in a spirit of gratitude and generosity.
