ABC Reflect on Your Process Note
After every financially empowered event, complete this survey to reflect on what you have done and help us learn from your experience. A financially empowering event is when you take action towards financial well-being. It can involve many acts or just one, and can be done alone or with others. For example, and ABC member decides to do a financial check up using the assessment and roadmap act .in the morning. She completes a process note after she is finished. The same member is talking to friends in the afternoon and they mention being worried about their credit. She helps them check their credit report and afterwards fills out a process note for this too. Her friends can also get credit for the same event, by filling out a process note themselves. After all, both the ABC members and her friends learned from the experience.

A copy of this survey will automatically be sent to you for record keeping.
