PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES
To make our community events successful, we need the cooperation and participation of all attendees. Please attend and participate fully, both physically and with a positive attitude. Behave appropriately, including civil discourse and abiding by academic honesty rules.
ATTENDANCE GUIDELINES
Attendance will be recorded for all main sessions, breakout sessions, and youth programs. Attendance and participation will be taken into consideration when families apply to attend programs in the future. To balance engagement and social time, there will be a final night celebration event and ample breaks included throughout the agenda each day.
MEDICATION GUIDELINES
For attendees with hemophilia B, you must bring all necessary medication and factor for the event to manage potential bleeds or medical emergencies throughout the event and travel. This is especially important for families driving long distances. The CHB team and nursing staff will be there to support you and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, but please note you are responsible to provide these necessary medications.
