On the weekend's we rest, restore, rejuvenate and prep for the new week ahead and this weekend will be no different! Here is how we will spend the next 3 days:  

-Yoga and Mediation this Saturday May 30th at 10am EST with special guest @irie.soul

-Live Plant-Based Cooking Demonstration this Sunday May 31st at 6pm EST with @cheftroys_table

-And then kick off your June with me for 2 live 30 min HIIT Sessions on Monday June 1st!! 8am EST and 5:30 pm EST
