Thanks for your interest in joining our volunteer team/s for Lochwinnoch Community Larder and/or Lochwinnoch Cares. Together these projects aim to reduce food waste and improve planetary health, while making sure that no-one locally goes without essential food and medicine. Both groups also aim to reduce social isolation through befriending, social inclusion and community engagement. We provide a dignified service that is for everyone.
Offering rewarding volunteering opportunities is also important to us. We want to meet your expectations and utilise your skills. If you can please give us some of the following information, it will help us to ensure that we are able to do this.
If you're planning to use your car to Volunteer (collecting food from supermarkets or delivering food parcels), please ensure you refer to our Volunteer Handbook for important information around your car insurance policy.
