Spring Break 2024 Stayover Request

If you wish to stay in student housing over Spring Break from March 23- March 31, 2024, you may stay in your current assignment as long as you have completed this form. You will also have the option of pre-requesting meals from Sodexo that will be delivered in bulk on the 17th of November.

Dining services will not be available over Spring Break, and the last meal before Spring Break will be dinner on Thursday, March 21. The first meal after Spring Break will be breakfast on April 1, 2024. After March 15th, you will not be able to request meals. This allows Sodexo enough time to plan for cooking and prepping meals.

If you stay past the date and time mentioned above without approval, you may incur improper check out fees.
