The Cardiovascular Health Education Campaign (CHEC) is a 501(c)(3) organization that aims to raise global awareness for the importance of cardiovascular health, educate on prevention and consequences, and contribute to the support of at-risk communities through local programming, research, and fundraising.

Heart2Heart is a text message-based intervention program under the CHEC. Utilizing research-backed techniques for daily reminders on sleep hygiene, general health, and other heart-related topics, Heart2Heart strives to deliver unique day-to-day assistance for preventing cardiovascular disease-- and all for free.
