We're working to try and provide childcare for attendees of EC 2023 and the GIW workshop. While we are deciding on exact implementations details (onsite vs refund), we want you to fill this form before the deadline to express interest in spots for your kids. Note - Filling this form is not a guarantee that your kid has a spot. We would contact you with acceptance and more details after the deadline.

An onsite childcare provision would involve working a third party company experienced with events and your kids would be in a make shift nursery in the building. Other option being us suggesting a company and parents hiring a nanny/sitter from it for required hours and getting a refund. We will arrange one of these options after the deadline depending on the preferences and availability of funds.
