Expression of Interest - Jira Service Management allow user groups to be added into Service Management organization
Jira Service Management empowers teams to deliver great service experiences and ensures your employees and customers can get help quickly. For many businesses, user groups are how they operate and it provides a convenient ways for employees to share requests to other people within their group to keep them up to date. 

I'm happy to share that over the past few months we have been making great progress in this area. We plan on running some of our initial designs with you all and we are looking for customers that are interested in exploring this together with us.
