May 2024 Music Together® Demo and Drop In Class Registration with KL Therapy & Wellness
Please note that I am currently away from the office and will return on Fri May 17/24. All registrations will still be received during this time but registrations will not be processed until I am back in the office on May 17/24.

Come and join us to make some music together this May! A demo class will be offered in Charlottetown and a drop in class will be offered in Summerside.

Registration Steps

- confirmation of successful registration will be provided by email (receipts issued when requested)

Cost
$20 per child (infant siblings less than 9 months attend free with a registered sibling). Cost includes 15% HST.

Attendance
Music Together classes are intended for children ages 0-5 and their parents/guardians/caregivers to experience together. We look forward to meeting you and your children for this joint experience.

Enrollment in a class will be officially confirmed by email once the registration form has been completed and the payment has been received.

Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend the demo class and cancel by email 48 hours prior to class start time, a full refund will be sent back to you by e-transfer. If you are unable to attend the demo class and cancel with less than 48 hours, a 50% refund will be issued. If there are extenuating circumstances or illness that cause your cancellation, please contact Katherine directly to discuss as refunds may be issued on a case by case basis.

Demo Class Size Policy
Charlottetown: Demo class size is limited to 9 children (adult attendance will be limited to 2 adults per child). 

Summerside: Drop In participants will be limited to 5 children (adult attendance will be limited to 2 adults per child). 

There must be a minimum of 2 children registered in each class in order for the class to run. In the event there are not enough children registered KLTW can switch you to another class or will offer you a FULL refund.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that KL Therapy & Wellness (KLTW) has to cancel a demo class, a notification will be sent out by email at least one hour prior to the start of class. Cancellations will also be posted on social media stories. In the event of a cancellation due to:
- weather (if power available): The class will be offered virtually over Zoom (a link will be provided)
- weather (if power unavailable)/illness: an alternative date for the class will be offered. If you are unable to attend the new date, a full refund will be provided.
