I have received one shot and will soon receive my second

I want to be but I haven't been able to receive one yet.

I'm holding off for now and believe its best to wait and see.

How important is returning to "In Person" worship in our sanctuary?

Extremely Important

It would be nice but I'm fine continuing to worship outdoors

I don't care either way

I prefer to stay outdoors

Even with proper precautions taken (masks, distancing, proper circulation, limited capacity) I don't feel comfortable worshiping in our sanctuary with others present

What do you think of the idea of having Indoor Worship while keeping those vaccinated and those not vaccinated in separate locations

It's a good idea in that it will allow more people to safely participate in worship

I don't think it would make a difference or make it safer

Though other events are doing this, it doesn't feel like the right thing to do in a worship service

I am against this idea and think it would offend either myself or others in doing so.
