St. Theresa Religious Education Registration 2024-2025
Thank you for your interest in the St. Theresa Religious Education Program!  If you have not been enrolled in this program previously, a copy of your child's Baptismal certificate is required to have on file.  If your child was Baptized at St. Theresa, please provide your child's birth date so we can look up your child's Baptism in the parish records.

Students are to be enrolled in formal Religious Education classes for a minimum of two years for the reception of the Sacraments.  It is strongly recommended for students to attend every year to receive a more well rounded formation in our Catholic Faith.

Preparation for Confirmation includes completing a minimum of 24 hours of volunteer service with at least one hour completed as a family or with a parent.

Summer intensive option for students in 1st grade, 3rd grade, 4th grade, 5th grade, 6th grade, and Confirmation Year I.  The summer intensive is not an option for the second year of a Sacrament (2nd grade, Confirmation Year II).  Summer Intensive will take place June 10 - 21 Monday - Friday 9:00am - 12:00pm.  Due to the nature of the program, attendance and participation each day are necessary in order to meet Archdiocesan requirements for the completion of a grade year.  Additionally required is parent/family participation in a minimum of 5 parish or Religious Education activities during the 2024-2025 year.  Specific date options will be provided by September 1, 2024.

This program could not be successful without you, the parents!  Reinforcing the teachings of our faith will help your child(ren) become stronger Catholics.  Your active participation in your child(ren)'s spiritual growth is crucial through attending Mass weekly, taking time to discuss what is being taught in class, and follow up resources.  We are always seeking new catechists, substitute catechists, aides, and help at the door.  Tuition discount for catechists with children in the program is available.  Catechists are needed fr summer intensive and for the 2024-2025 year.  If you are interested, please contact the Religious Education Office to discuss these options further.  All volunteers must be compliant with the archdiocesan requirements for protecting children.

Please note, there is an early bird discount if registered and payment received by July 25.  Please be sure to click "submit" at the completion of this registration form before going to another tab or closing the window.

Class assignments for Summer intensive will be provided in early June.

Class assignments and schedule for the 2024-2025 year will be provided in late August.
Classes will begin following Labor Day.

Through Christ's Love,
Elizabeth Vogt
Director of Religious Education
